About the position

At Perido, we are looking for an administrator for our client, whose mission is to manage and develop buildings and environments owned by the Swedish state. They are now seeking an administrator who will assist with the documentation of three inventories of furnishings in three County Residences: Växjö, Malmö, and Västerås. Some basic image handling will be involved. This position is located at the client's office in Stockholm, where the work is performed on-site.

Your qualities

To succeed in the role of administrator, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You enjoy working independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others. You are social and like to work systematically and carefully within clear frameworks. Finally, an interest in historical environments and interiors is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent education
• At least two (2) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant
• Knowledge of basic image handling
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Pythagoras

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-07-07. Immediate start.
